Note: |
Move straigt down. Drop the body. therefore, mahanmi neko ashi is used. Don't think of lowering the waist, rather think of "unblocking" the knee. Hiza no nuki.
As there are more then one opponent surrounding you, cover the front of the body buy assuming an intermediate kamae. Use this kamae as hikite to assist the otoshi uke and a balanced movement.
